On August 27, 2020, Ningbo Research Institute of Northwestern Polytechnical University was officially put into use.Zheng Shanjie, Deputy Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee as well as Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee, and Zhang Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee of NPU attended the event and opened the campus with two doctoral representatives.
At the opening ceremony, other important activities were also held, including the award ceremony of Zhejiang Postdoctoral Workstation of Ningbo Research Institute of NPU, the appointment ceremony of chief scientist of the Technology Research Center, the entrance ceremony of postdoctoral and doctoral students, and the signing of the joint training agreement for engineering doctoral students .
