The first phase of Metro Line 5 and Metro Line 6 will open for trial operation at the end of the month, the NPU Station is formally established. On December 7th, some students had a trial ride to get a comprehensive understanding of the subway.
The first phase of Xi’an Metro Line 6 runs from southwest to northeast. The total length of the line is about 20.1 kilometers，from Xi'an South Station to NPU Station.
The compartment is neat and clean, there are also specially added heated "love seats", and the decoration of the NPU stations on the two lines are full of the characteristic of our school.
The NPU Station of Line 6 has a cultural wall with the theme of "Three faculties：Aeronautics, Astronautics and Marine science were developing together", shows the characteristics of our school, that is, NPU is the only university where the three faculties prosper together.
The theme of the cultural wall of Line 5 is "The Ocean of Stars", which is also one of the 'NPU features', that we never stopping explore the universe, but we always care about the sea. It is dotted with regional landmark buildings and development achievements in the aviation, aerospace, and navigation fields, highlighting regional characteristics.
In the future, our school will give full play to its own advantages, actively participate in related construction, and help turn this site into a window for talent creation, technology, economic and cultural development.
