On the morning of April 7, the Chongqing Science and Technology Innovation Center of NPU was inaugurated in Liangjiang New Area.
At the opening ceremony, Wang Jinsong and Duan Chenggang successively delivered speeches. They indicated that they will seize the major strategic opportunities of the Shuangcheng economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region, give full play to their respective advantages, and carry out the cooperation between school and local more closely, so as to realize the advantages of sharing, industrial integration, and common prosperity of science and technology.
After that, Tang Liangzhi and other leaders, together with Zhang Wei and Wang Jinsong, visited the relevant laboratories of the Science and Technology Innovation Center, listened to the progress report of scientific research projects, and watched some scientific research achievements display.
On the same day, accompanied by Li Jie and Wang Fei, leaders of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, and Li Jin, chairman of Longxing industrial group, Zhang Wei and Wang Jinsong also visited the construction project of NPU-Chongqing Science and Technology Innovation Center Industrialization Base.
