Sarwar Muhammad Khaqan, a Pakistani doctoral student studying at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) in Xi’an, Shaanxi province in Northwest China, admired China's vision of sustainable development with digital technology.
After attending intensive study and practice activities held in early July in Xi 'an and Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, Khaqan and his classmates appreciated the positive role played by digital technology in promoting the sustainable development of society.
Organized by NPU's School of International Education, the activities with the theme of "Digital China and Sustainable Development" helped students learn that automation, digitalization and intelligence have become an important driving force in China.
