From August 16 to 19, the 2024 CSAA/IET International Conference on Aircraft Utility Systems (AUS 2024) was successfully held in Xi'an, with more than 00 delegates and guests attending the conference.
AUS is one of the most prestigious international academic conferences in the field of aircraft utility systems. This year's conference, the sixth in its series, was co-organized by the CSAA’s Technical Committee of Aviation Utilities, Human Body and Environmental Engineering, the National Key Laboratory of Aircraft Integrated Control, and the Airborne Systems Innovation Center of Beihang University. It was jointly hosted by the School of Automation at Northwestern Polytechnical University and AVIC Shaanxi Aero Electric Co., Ltd.
The conference received a total of 518 papers. After a rigorous peer review, 435 English papers were accepted finally. The accepted papers were divided into 30 parallel sessions for communication, covering a wide range of specialized fields, including aircraft electromechanical, hydraulics, electrical systems, environmental control, human-machine interaction, fire protection engineering and so on. All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and will be included in EI Compendex.
The conference provided an excellent academic platform for participants to exchange ideas and share insights, significantly expanding the scope of academic communication and enhancing the influence of the aviation airborne industry. It also fostered closer integration of industry, academia, research and application, while strengthening international academic exchange in the field. The academic level and atmosphere of the conference were unanimously recognized and highly praised by the attending experts and scholars as well as the participants.
