At the Youyi Campus, fat-loss meals are now available at: Gourmet Plaza, Staff Canteen, Zhenghe Hotel, Yunshang Nanshan
At the Chang’an Campus, you’ll find them at: Xingtianyuan Staff Canteen (3rd floor), Yuntianyuan Student Canteen No. 6 (2nd floor), Haitianyuan Canteen (2nd floor), Nanshanyuan Hotel

How much should you eat to lose weight?
According to the Nutrition Guideline for Adult Obesity (2024 Edition)
The recommended daily calorie intake is:
– Men: 1200–1500 kcal
– Women: 1000–1200 kcal
To support this, the canteen has set up a “Healthy Tips Corner” in the light meal area
Where you can learn about food calories and make smarter meal choices
