Dear all international students,
According to the university’s arrangement, the summer vacation in 2026 will be from July 20th to August 27th. July 6th to July 17th is the summer semester, and students who have summer semester courses are required to complete relevant learning tasks according to the course arrangements.
Duty Arrangement
During the summer vacation, the International College will arrange teachers to be on duty on both the new and old campuses. The specific duty teachers, duty locations, and time arrangements will be notified separately.
Registration
The registration period for enrolled students for the new academic year runs from August 28 to August 30 (exact times and venues are subject to the notice from your counselor). All students must return to campus on schedule. Late registration without prior approval will be handled in accordance with the university's regulations.
Visa Extension Arrangement during Vacation
Please pay attention to the validity of residence permit/visa and insurance. During the holiday, visa extension service will be closed. Please apply with your counselor to extend visa as soon as possible before the vacation. Thanks for your cooperation.
Important tips
1.Travel Safety
If you have travel plan, please inform the counselor of the itinerary in advance. And please ask for leave according to your counselor's requirement.
Travel to illegal travel areas is prohibited.
Do not go to undeveloped areas near mountains or rivers. For open senic spots, report to your counselor before and after your trip.
Abide by traffic regulations and laws. Do not drive without a valid license.
2. Fire Safety
Use all the appliances and kitchen wares in the right way, turn off the power after you leave; avoid electric shock or other incidents happening.
Do not use high-power illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory, and do not pull and connect wires and network cables without permission.
Do not use open fire, smoke, burn sundries or store inflammables and explosives in the dormitory.
Leave the dormitory and cut off the electrical power.
Take good care of school fire-fighting equipment and remember the location of fire extinguishers in corridors and emergency exits.
3. Drug Safety
Any drug-related crime will lead to serious consequences in China.
According to the relevant provision of Article 357 of the Criminal Law Of the People's Republic of China: The term "narcotic drugs" as used in this Law means opium, heroin, methylaniline(ice), morphine, marijuana, cocaine and other narcotic and psychotropic substances that can make people addicted to their use and are controlled under State regulations.

4. Preventing Telecommunications Fraud
Keep your privacy strictly confidential, and never tell strangers your personal information randomly.
Be alert to money exchange scams. ONLY use banks or official services. Never trust private exchangers.
Don't trust the publicity of campus sales agents.
Don't have the mentality of "great for small bargains" and "easily make big money", and don't believe in the so-called high returns on the Internet.
In case of any illegal or criminal activity that may be suspected of fraud, please save the evidence and call the police for help!
Illegal employment is strictly prohibited.
5. Health and Hygiene Safety
Pay attention to food hygiene. If symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting occur, promptly go to the nearby hospital and inform the doctor of your diet.Charcoal grilling is prohibited in confined Spaces to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. Drink in moderation. Do not force others to drink. Help those who drink excessively in time.
Prevent heatstroke in hot weather; apply sunscreen and take mosquito precautions during outdoor activities.

During the vacation, please do not participate in illegal activities. Do not to work illegally and stay away from pornography, gambling, poison and other illegal activities. Wish you a joyful vacation!
