According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Public Holidays in 2026 (State Council General Office Circular [2025] No. 7), and in consideration of the actual situation of NPU, the arrangements for the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are hereby announced as follows:
1. Holiday Schedule
Mid-Autumn Festival: The holiday will be from September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday),totaling three days.
National Day: The holiday will be from October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday), totaling seven days. September 20 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday) will be normal working and class days. Specific requirements for course adjustments shall be subject to the notices issued by the Teaching Affairs Department.
2. After the National Day holiday, the working schedule of the Youyi Campus will be adjusted as follows: 8:00–12:00 in the morning and 14:00–17:30 in the afternoon. The working schedule of the Chang'an Campus will remain unchanged.
3. All units are requested to properly carry out work related to safety and security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and emergency management during the holiday period. Heads of all units should keep their mobile phones available 24 hours a day. In the event of an emergency, appropriate measures should be taken promptly and the matter reported without delay.
