The work related to the 2022 summer semester and summer vacation is notified as follows.
Timetable
The summer vacation of 2022 will be from June 25 to August 28, during which June 27 to July 22 in the summer semester. Each school will arrange teaching tasks such as courses and internships according to the teaching program.
1. Students' vacation Time: June 25-August 28. The new semester will start on August 29. Students will enter the campus following a peak shifting schedule after the summer vacation and the specific arrangements will be notified by the Students Affairs Department. Students who have teaching programs during the summer semester shall complete their tasks according to the teaching arrangement.
2. Registration arrangement for 2022 freshmen: the registration time for undergraduate freshmen is the afternoon of August 25 and August 26 at Chang'an campus. The registration time for graduate students is August 27, which will take place at Youyi campus and Chang'an campus at the same time.
4. Staff’s vacation time: June 26-August 27. June 25 and August 28 are working days. Teachers with teaching tasks in the summer semester shall complete relevant teaching tasks according to the teaching arrangement.
Summer semester arrangement
1. In order to ensure the normal progress of all work during the summer semester, all faculties shall take turns to work and spend the vacation. Each functional department shall specify the leaders and on-duty personnel. Departments related to the running guarantee of summer semester shall ensure that specific personnel are on duty. Each school shall specify the on-duty leaders and the on-duty personnel to ensure teaching tasks were carried out as planned during the summer semester.
2. On-duty personnel shall specify the duty location from Monday to Friday. Shift leaders shall be specified on weekends while the on-duty personnel is not required.

8:30-11:30 a.m,15:00-17:30 p.m
Chang'an Campus:
9:30-11:30 a.m. and 14:00-16:30 p.m.
4. The departure of undergraduate graduates and relevant affairs will be arrangedduringJune 27 to July 1. Relevant departments shall guarantee the departure of graduates as required.
4. Students Affairs Department, Logistics Office, Hospital of NPU and other departments should closely cooperate to guarantee the teaching management and service guarantee for students.
