According to the requirements of the EducationDepartmentof Shaanxi Provincial Government and the territorial epidemic prevention requirement, the university has decided to resume the regular epidemic prevention and control management on campus from 19 September 2022. The notice of the specific arrangements is as follows:
I. Orderly resume offline teaching
All teaching faculties should resume offline teaching according to actual courses. If there are students who have not yet returned to school, teaching faculties should formulate a plan to ensure that all teaching activities are carried out orderly through a combination of recording, and online & offline teaching.
II. Implementeaccess control
The school gate resumes regular management and implements the requirements of scanning QR code and temperature measurements. Off-campus people, vehicles and people with abnormal body temperature, health code or travel code are not allowed to enter the campuses. The school gates implement the separation of people, vehicles and goods, and continue to disinfect the goods and vehicles that enter the school.
III. Continue to pursue personnel management
All faculties must firmly implement the main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control. Faculty members who are away from the city should submit the leave request procedures in advance in the OA system. Students on campus should follow the leave reporting procedures as required by the StudentsOffice. Students who are eligible to return to campus will be allowed to do so once they have been approved and should pursue personal protection on their way back to school.
The returning time will be suspended for teachers and students who do not meet the requirements of returning to campus.
IV. Manage gatherings well
In the near future, large-scale offline meetings, academic forums, ceremonies, training, exhibitions, cultural performances and other gatherings shouldn’t be held in principle. If do need to hold one, organizers should be approved by the Covid-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Office in advance. The working program for the prevention and control of the epidemic should be planned in advance.
V. Strengthening personal health management
Students and teachers should strengthen self-protection, and develop good hygiene habits. Seek medical advice in time once found similar symptoms. Students and staff are required to complete the nucleic acid test following certain requirements.
VI.Provideserviceassurance well
Guarantee the supply of campus canteens, supermarkets, water, electricity and baths etc and resume eating in service orderly. Carry out disinfection and ventilation work in key areas such as delivery points, classrooms, canteens, dormitories and libraries. Make sure the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases such as Covid-19and haemorrhagic fever.
